World class act The Duty Manager has been so helpful to myself, my wife and to our parents as well, very helpful in assiting us with so many things I.e our rooms, requests and the spot that the city had to offer. We've tried several hotels but we have never been helped as much. You are really a nice Gentleman too. My parents praises him but He told us, it was not him but it was a team effort who made our stay memorable and hassle free. Smart guy. This guy was an asset in your company. Keep it up.

This hotel is indeed a hidden paradise. I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, most especially the guy who assisted us. Mandy of resto and Mr. Bituin. and facilities to the serene pool area and gym facility. I will recommend others for sure! This hotel is indeed a hidden paradise.

Very Friendly Staff World-class service. Very friendly and professional staff. We booked three rooms and we needed to change one room and the front desk and they helped us with no issues. Our check in, other than the change of rooms, was smooth. We didn’t even ask for them to compensate us for the inconvenience. They upgraded us automatically. Their front desk, Diane, was very quick to address our issues.

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process and to their manager who was very helpful. Thank you kristoffer, each moment was delightful. Thia people wont judge you whatever you were wearing. Got a VIP treatment. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. Need additional cleaning of room. Most especially carpet. But overall. It was a great experience.

Accommodating staff Everything was perfect. The front office staff was helpful, the accommodations were beautiful and the breakfast needs improvement. It couldn't have been better. Manager and staff are helpful and superb. Guard as well. Until we visit Baguio again.
