TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Check-in and Check-out: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, while check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and corresponding charges.
- Guest Registration: All guests are required to register and present an identification card upon check-in.
- Visitor Policy: Visitors are permitted until 10:00 PM and must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival. An additional charge will apply to visitors who stay overnight.
- Incidental Deposit: An incidental deposit of Php 2,000.00 in cash per room will be collected upon check-in. This will serve as a security deposit and will be returned upon check-out, provided there are no additional charges or damages incurred during the stay.
- Child and Extra Person Policy: Children 11 years old and below may stay free of charge for room accommodation only. Guests 12 years old and above are considered adults. An extra person charge of Php 1,500.00 per person per night will apply accordingly.

Breakfast Policy: ·
Ages 0–2 years: Complimentary breakfast
Ages 3–10 years: 50% discount (Php 300.00 per child)
Ages 11 years and above: Full rate (Php 600.00 per person)
Please note: Breakfast service depends on occupancy. If fewer than 15 guests, meals will be served as plated or à la carte. For 15 or more guests, a buffet setup will be provided. Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. - Parking: Parking is available across three basement levels (B1–B3) with approximately 65–70 slots, on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are not allowed.
- Rooms: All Deluxe and Premier Rooms are non-air-conditioned.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- ADVANCE DEPOSIT: All advance deposits paid are non-refundable. However, the amount may be applied toward a future booking, valid for three (3) months from the original booking date, subject to availability and applicable rates.
- No Show Policy: No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive on the expected check-in date will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the expected arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full duration of the stay. Reservations are non-refundable; rebooking is allowed only, subject to availability and applicable rates.
- Modification Policy: Amendments to the check-in and check-out dates may be made without penalty, provided that the request is made at least three (3) days prior to the original check-in date, subject to availability and applicable rates.
SENIOR CITIZEN AND PWD DISCOUNT PRIVILEGE PROVISION:
• The hotel complies with the applicable Senior Citizen and PWD laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Holders of a valid Senior Citizen or Person with Disability (PWD) Identification Card must contact the Reservations Department of The Plaza Lodge Baguio directly to avail of the applicable discount privilege. This privilege applies to published rates only.
• The Senior Citizen/PWD ID must be presented personally upon arrival for validation of the discount entitlement.
• The discount privilege applies only to the room where the qualified Senior Citizen or PWD is registered.
HOUSE RULES
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and check-out is subject to room availability with a corresponding fee.
- Please present a valid Identification Card upon check-in and completely fill in the Registration Form
- Pets are not allowed.
- Cooking inside the room is not allowed.
- All hotel rooms are NON-SMOKING.
- Request for additional room amenities is available for a fee.
- Hanging or drying of clothes, towels and linens on windows or balconies is not allowed.
- Our Pool Schedule is from Wednesday-Sunday from 10AM - 5PM only. Our gym is available every day for 24 HOURS. Please arrange the schedule at the Front Desk.
- All laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of all governmental bodies shall be implemented.
