Cancellation POLICY
Same-day Booking: Any cancellations made on the same day as the booking will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Window:
Guests are allowed to cancel their bookings up to 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival. Cancellations made within this period will be entitled to a refund according to the stipulated terms and conditions.
No-show Policy:
In the event of a no-show, where the guest fails to arrive and does not cancel the booking in advance, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged. This policy is implemented to account for the reserved room that could have been potentially allocated to another

Damage deposit that is refundable
At check-in, a PHP 2000 damage deposit is needed. Cash will be received as payment for this. On leaving, you should receive your money back. The property will be inspected before your deposit is fully reimbursed in cash.
